Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

FB Architect subscriptions and related digital services are delivered electronically upon successful payment. Access to the software interface and premium features is activated immediately or shortly after payment confirmation. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge receipt of digital goods.

2. No Refunds

Because our product is a digital subscription service, all sales are final once access has been granted or a subscription period has started. We do not offer refunds after activation, including cases where third-party platforms restrict or block your accounts. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension of access pending investigation.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You may stop renewing your subscription by not purchasing a new billing period before your current term expires. Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for unused time. After expiry, access to paid features ends unless you subscribe again. For billing questions, contact support through the channels listed on our website.
