1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FB Architect ("the Service"), including our website, customer portal, and desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Description of Service
FB Architect provides desktop software and related web services for managing Facebook advertising workflows, including account organization, automation tooling, subscription billing, and customer support. Features and availability may vary by subscription tier and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Trial Access
New accounts may receive an exclusive 3-day (72-hour) Pro test drive with full Pro-tier access when they first sign in to the desktop application after confirming their email. The trial clock starts at that first sign-in, not at registration. Trial access ends automatically when the subscription expiry time is reached. The trial is limited to one grant per new account and does not create a paid subscription or trigger referral commissions. Continued use after the trial requires an active paid plan.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform policies—including but not limited to Meta/Facebook Terms of Service, advertising policies, and regional data-protection rules.
You acknowledge that FB Architect is a tool; we do not operate your ad accounts on your behalf. You must ensure that your activities (including automation, account farming, BM linking, and media buying) comply with the rules of every network, payment provider, and platform you interact with. Violations may result in account restrictions or termination by third parties, for which we are not liable.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will prevent account blocks, bans, checkpoints, or other enforcement actions by Facebook or any other platform. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
